We are specialists for deep drawn parts made of stainless steel, aluminium and other non-ferrous metals (copper, brass, nickel silver, etc). In order to produce your perfect component, we also have the possibility to use carbon steel, special nickel alloys (e.g. Inconel®), or soft magnetic materials.
Each material has specific properties that need to be taken into account in the forming process. We manufacture deep drawn parts with a diameter of 2 to 80 mm and with a length of up to 120 mm. We process material thicknesses from 0.05 to 2.50 mm.
Pharmaceutical and medical technology, industry, consumer and automotive: We are primarily active in these fast-growing areas. We are not only specialists in deep drawing, but also know the industrial requirements and process chains. Your products and our processes are stable, media resistant and hygienic. We are one of the few system suppliers in the world to have the international approval to manufacture for the pharmaceutical and medical technology industry.
In our clean rooms we manufacture the desired components in highest quality and in any quantity. The latest technological advances enhance our deep drawn part manufacturing capabilities to produce highly reliable and durable deep drawn components for pharmaceutical products. Our core product in this portfolio, are cans as primary packaging for Metered Dose Inhalers (MDI).
Whether made of steel or stainless steel, aluminium, Inconel or brass: We produce a wide range of deep-drawn parts for our industrial customers. One of our core products are guide sleeves for solenoid valves. Of these, we currently manufacture over 80 variants. To increase the service life, the parts can be additionally abrasive blasted: We take care of this for our customers in addition to production.
We also manufacture cylindrical contact parts and sleeves for our customers in the electrical engineering and electronics sector and sensor sleeves for temperature and pressure measurements as well as housings for pressure regulators for measurement and control technology.
For customers in the consumer goods sector, we develop and manufacture deep drawn components that are used in products as diverse as writing instruments, coffee machines, beer kegs and heating valves.
In addition, our deep drawn parts are built into fittings, where they offer the highest degree of reliability. Furthermore, gas and water meters with our deep-drawn housings function perfectly in continuous operation. Customers from the sanitary and heating sector rely on our stainless steel press sleeves, which we manufacture in standard as well as in special dimensions.
As a long-standing partner of leading 1-tier and 2-tier suppliers in the automotive supply chain, we know the specific requirements in the industry very well and bring your automotive components into serial production in a targeted manner. You can rely on short development times, cost-efficient manufacturing concepts and outstanding serial quality.
Our products are used in a wide variety of vehicle applications. Among other things, we manufacture components for fluid lines, pumps, sensors, valves and airbag systems.
In our portolio there are also an increasing amount of components for electrical vehicles (EV). The parts are used for the battery cooling system or even for the battery itself. We are able to produce cylindrical battery housings made of nickel-plated steel, aluminium or stainless steel in the standard sizes 18560, 21700 and 46800 or any other customized size.
